Sunday 28 April 2024 on the occasion of World Work Safety Day, girolevitespezzateDAY also arrives in SALERNO with the patronage of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, INAIL, FIAB, AIFOS and ANMIL
The initiative entitled on the theme of health and safety and promoted on the national territory by the APS association girolevitespezzate and in the city is organized by the CHRISTIAN WORKERS MOVEMENT.
The appointment is for next April 28th, with a bicycle parade held simultaneously in various municipalities throughout Italy. Objective: to involve and raise public awareness on the topic of workplace safety and the importance of prevention, in memory of all the victims, who are too often forgotten.
In Italy, more than 1000 people lose their lives in the workplace every year. Unacceptable numbers, the result of a widespread misguided culture that pays little attention to prevention and the adoption of healthy and safe conditions, behaviors and lifestyles.
The event is public. Free and aimed at all citizens who can participate with their bicycle in a route of approximately 10 km.
Departure at 09:00 on 04/28/2024, from the Town Hall, touching places of public interest in the city.
It is a simple and accessible route, designed to be done even by people who have not cycled for a long time.
During the ride everyone will be responsible for their own safety and will be asked to behave in such a way as not to cause damage to people or things before, during or after the girolevitespezzateDAY .
