Subject: Aurelia bis Savona lot II from Corso Ricci to the Savona-Vado toll booth.
I followed the long sequence of unacceptable proposals for the stretch in question, all discarded because they all had a strong impact on the territory, without bringing adequate benefits.
The territory is largely urbanized, and passing a road of a certain level is very difficult, and this meant that, in the end, the route was chosen “underground” the easiest in terms of design, but also not without problems to solve, such as the lack of depth in the plain Leginoinconsistent terrain, aquifers, possible problems for the buildings it passes under.
I believe that the route consists exclusively of a tunnel 2940 meters, is very unattractive for a substantially urban road, and from observation of the nearby motorway (yellow colour) it comes naturally to me to think of building a tunnel of similar length for motorway use (direction from Ricci course at the toll booth Savona-Vado) and use the motorway lane (direction from the toll booth of Savona I’m going to Ricci course) like Aurelia bis.
