TURIN – The organizing committee of the “UNPUBLISHED HILLS OF TURIN AWARD” announces i finalists selected by the jury in this 2024 edition. The competition attracted an extraordinary number of literary works, making the nomination of finalists an arduous and stimulating task. Across a wide range of styles, genres and voices, the finalists represent the best of literary creativity and mastery. For the Turin area these are the names of the authors: Valentina Rolando poetry, Giacomo Cavaliere narrative/novel, Stefano Dell’Accio film text, Matteo Di Lella song text, Elisa Demeo narrative/novel and finally Domenico Mungo poetry. These finalists represent contemporary writing, and their inclusion is a tribute to their commitment, talent and dedication to the literary form.
The 23rd edition will end on Saturday 11 May at 1pm with the announcement of the winners at the Piedmont Arena of the Turin Book Fair and the awards ceremony at 8.30 pm at the Vittoria theater in via Antonio Gramsci through the presentation of the prizes and the reading dedicated to the winners’ works.
