Vincenzo D’Introno found in Fiumicino. He disappeared in July 2023 – CoratoLive.it

After nine months of anguished waiting, Vincenzo D’Introno, the 22-year-old from Corato who mysteriously disappeared in Livigno in July 2023, has finally been found. The young man was identified and stopped in Fiumicino, in the Parco Da Vinci commercial area, thanks to the intervention of the vigilantes and the police.

At the time of the discovery, Vincenzo was in a confused state and showed signs of disorientation. Initially he tried to walk away, but the timely intervention of the authorities allowed him to be stopped. The boy’s identity was confirmed thanks to the Interior Ministry database.

It seems that Vincenzo had already been spotted in Rome for several days, probably near the overpass that connects Parco Da Vinci and Parco Leonardo.

His presence in the shopping area did not go unnoticed due to his confused attitude and unusual clothing.

Immediately rescued, Vincenzo received initial medical treatment.

The competent authorities are now conducting investigations to reconstruct the details of Vincenzo’s disappearance and the circumstances of his re-emergence after almost a year of silence. The aim is to shed light on what happened to the young man during this long period of absence.

Vincenzo D’Introno disappeared in July 2023 in Livigno, where he had gone for a job interview. From that moment on, all traces of him had been lost, starting a frantic search that involved family, friends and the police. His disappearance had also been reported on the program “Chi l’ha visto?”, in the hope of getting help to find him.
