Finally, a nod to the topic of Ius Soli. “Some weeks ago we have given every foreign child born in Savona the certificate of honorary citizenship – Russo said. A purely symbolic act, wanted by the municipal council, unfortunately not unanimously, which however wants to tell the children and their parents – to whom we have handed over the Constitution and the Statute of the Municipality – that they are part of our community and enrich it”.
