The analysis of the club’s accounts for 2023. Today we focus on cash availability and receivables from other football clubs

Torino has published the budget for the year 2023. Over the last few days we have analyzed some interesting aspects contained within the document. Today we will focus on two data worthy of attention: liquid availability and credits towards other football clubs.

Liquid assets decrease compared to 2022: 19 million less

Liquid assets on the balance sheet represent the amount of money that a company has available in liquid form, i.e. in cash or in immediately available bank deposits. According to the OIC principles, these may include money, checks or bank and postal deposits expressed in currency. Last season’s cash and cash equivalents, as of December 31, 2023, amounted to 7.554 million. The comparison with 2022 is interesting, given that at the end of the year the company had 26.539 million available.

Credits to other football clubs are increasing: 2 million more

In 2023, Torino scores in the budget 12.806 million of credits to other clubs. An increase that amounts to almost 2 million compared to two years ago, when at the end of the year the same item showed 10.936 million in receivables from other companies. Of the almost 13 million, 7.7 are deriving from the permanent transfers of Sasa Lukic And Wilfried Singo.
