Gravina in Puglia, exemptions for dehors in the historic center

In the session of April 22nd on the proposal of the Tax Councilor Leo Vicinothe Municipal Council of Gravina in Puglia approved theexemption of the payment of the single property fee (public land) for the commercial activities they want to install dehorstables and the like.

This is a very important support for all public service companies operating in the Old Townpart of a package of interventions (some already approved and others to be approved), which intend to give new impetus and decorum to the ancient heart of the city.

In fact, to encourage the renovation of the facades of the buildings in the historic centre, Resolution no. 89/2024 also provides for the exemption of payment of the fee for scaffolding.

Declaration by the Councilor with responsibility for Local Finances and Taxes Leo Vicino

The Municipal Council considers these interventions to be strategic, which we hypothesize will have positive effects on the aesthetic aspect of the city, improving and enhancing the historic centre.

We want to incentivize and stimulate the owners of public and commercial businesses (bars, B&Bs, etc.), residents or those who want to become residents, to make our historic center more lively and decorous, because a historic center with well-kept buildings is more attractive for visitors but it is also more pleasant to live there.
