ROME Controls and clean-ups have been carried out since today, with over six hundred law enforcement officers in the field in the capital alone.
There is maximum attention for the celebrations of April 25th, with streets even more divided this year by the conflict in the Middle East. TORome the security plan has already come into play. The entire Porta San Paolo area will be under the spotlight, a symbolic place of the Roman resistance, where tomorrow morning at 8 am the Jewish Brigade will lay a wreath of flowers. Around two hundred people are expected, including prominent members of the community. And at the same time, a few meters away, Palestinian students, movements, antagonists and university collectives met for a demonstration “anti-fascist and anti-Zionist“.

An event in which the Jewish community will not participate, as has already happened for some years. In the capital there will always be a procession of movements in the morning “Free yourself now Free yourself again” which from Villa Gordiani will cross the streets of Centocelle and arrive at Quarticciolo. There is also high attention to Milan where the national demonstration will, as always, be opened by deportees and anti-fascist brigades, including the Jewish one which in recent years has almost always been the subject of protests and which, in light of the situation in Gaza, are expected to be more massive this year.
