«I report to the municipal administration the post of a mother who with dignity and sobriety denounces a very serious and dangerous situation for the safety of the school community of the “Di Bari” complex. The mayor and the competent offices must intervene immediately to ascertain the extent of the danger and identify immediate technical solutions.”

Thus the opposition municipal councilor Francesco Spina who takes up the report of the mother of a pupil at the Di Bari primary school in Bisceglie:

«I speak as a mother and with the voice of my entire class in the Angela Di Bari complex and I believe also on behalf of the entire school, I urge our dear Mayor to carry out some investigations given that it is very unsafe due to water infiltrations, walls broken and much more. I believe that here we are talking about the safety of our children’s lives and not about chatter. I cry out loudly not to move forward with these very delicate and important things, because we know and in the worst case scenario, if something were to happen while our children are at school then we don’t have to hide what we knew. We are all mothers and parents, please let’s not bury this situation, but let us be heard: it is about the lives of our children”
