To celebrate the “round” birthday, the event presents itself with an innovative format, proposing its events in two periods, in spring and autumn, and expanding to other municipalities in the province.

The curtain rises (the festival will be held in the convent of San Francesco, entry is free), at 8.45pm, with the Lux chordarum, made up of Mexican musicians Lucy Rivera (soprano) and José Luis Segura Maldonado (guitar), in a persuasive journey through music and poetry by Latin American authors. The Segovia Guitar Week is also structured into a series of events parallel to the shows, with the aim of spreading musical and guitar culture.
