“Commercial desertification, measures to reverse the trend”

From Pug, to safety, to the relaunch of local trade with interventions to reverse the worrying trend of commercial desertification, moving on to the role of business associations, and waste management, were some of the topics at the center of the meeting between a delegation of Confesercenti Modena and the centre-right mayoral candidate Luca Negrini took place in recent days at the provincial headquarters of Confesercenti.

“We appreciate that Luca Negrini proposed a discussion with our association in view of the next elections – reported by Confesercenti –. A constructive and profitable meeting which allowed us to highlight the difficulties of the micro and small businesses in the trade and tourism sector that we represent and which demonstrated Negrini’s attention towards our association and for this type of business”, underlines Mauro Rossi Provincial President of Confesercenti Modena.

The day before the candidate had met Confcommercio. For Alberto Crepaldi, general secretary of Confcommercio Modena “there is a lot of work to do together with the next Administration, strengthening actions, projects and policies that have done good for Modena, but correcting the aim with respect to issues on which the city, its businesses and its citizens are in difficulty.” Negrini thanked “for everyone’s requests and interventions: I had the opportunity to access important new points of view that I consider valuable on the plan we are creating for our Modena of the future”.
