GALLARATE – While the Cobas were making demands outside the gates of the Camelot of Gallarate, the trade union organizations FP Cgil Varese and Fisascat Cisl Varese-Como they signed with the 3SG company the agreement on the production bonus for the year 2024. This is reported in a note released by the two acronyms, signed by Davide Farano (CGIL Public Service) e Simona Menegale (Fisascat Cisl).
The agreement
The agreement provides «an allocation equal to 2.5% of employee salaries», as well as a «parameterization equal to 60% of the premium: presence on duty, according to the proportional method of days present-workable days 100″. While “20% of the premium is the availability to change the shift according to organizational needs, based on the provisions of item A of the evaluation sheet attached to the agreement”. The remaining 20% of the premium it is «parameterized according to the remaining items of the evaluation form».
