The Under 17 silver team closed the season in Poppi with a victory against the hosts 41-38. Very tough match for the top PGR youth championship with the Under 15s of excellence guests of a deadly Cecina Basket who with 10 3 point goals won the victory 91-75. Coach Ceccarelli’s boys tried to oppose the best version of their game with the usual Ense (28 points) and Giannini (15 points) until reaching -3, then the red paddle of 5 fouls cut off Tasselli, Akpukpula and Giannini, giving too much advantage to his opponents who were in great shape from long range. An exuberant victory for the silver Under 15s, who outclassed Pallacanestro Elba at the PalAustria by an overwhelming 105-35. The opponents, already beaten in both matches of the first phase, were overwhelmed already in the first quarter with Siberian temperatures -36, a gap that continued to grow in the following quarters highlighting good performances in attack for Mantiloni (20 points) Monticini (18 points ) and Tronchi (18 points) and space on the pitch for all 12 players called up.
