Among the ten richest municipalities in Italy there is one in Tuscany. But the news is that Lajatico is no longer in first place. The small town of residence of Andrea Bocelli – the real driving “engine” in the ranking of per capita income – has been overtaken by Portofino. The village of upper Valdera, nestled in the greenery of the province of Pisa, slips into second position. The ranking was published by Sun 24 Hours concerns the data for 2022 compared with that of the previous year.
