Confirming its vocation of closeness and support to the tourism-hotel sector, BPER Banca today renewed its partnership with Federalberghi Savona. Present at the signing of the agreement were Luigi Zanti, Liguria Regional Director of BPER Banca and Andrea Valle, president of Federalberghi-Confcommercio Savona.
The agreement provides for a series of concessions and favorable conditions to respond effectively and promptly to the financial needs of associated companies regarding financing, investments and corporate welfare. In particular, for the granting of credit to associated companies, more advantageous rates and a 60% discount on preliminary costs are guaranteed. The agreement concerns short, medium and long-term financing, both to support investment plans and for needs related to working capital. Of note is the possibility of financing ‘green’ investments with the EIF (European Investment Fund) guarantee which allows the cost to be reduced. There is also a current account credit facility linked to POS collections to provide merchants with greater cash flow flexibility.
Finally, it is worth mentioning “BPER Finanziamento Turismo”, the financing line which provides for the payment of interest only in periods of lower attendance and the repayment of the capital in the periods in which the greatest collections are concentrated.
