FS Urban Systemsthe lead company of the Urban Hub of the FS Italiane Group, presented to interested stakeholders and investors the assets of Napoli Porta Est – of which the international design tender was illustrated – and of Naples Campi Flegrei during the event “The Naples that will come”. There retraining of these areas is part of the broader process that will affect the Campania capital in the coming years and of which all the development potential has been explored. After the introduction of Umberto Lebruto, CEO and DG of FS Sistemi Urbani and Mario Breglia, President of Scenari Immobiliari and Costanzo Jannotti Pecci, President of the Industrialists of Naples, followed by speeches by Edoardo Rixi, Deputy Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, Vincenzo De Luca, President of the Region Campania, Gaetano Manfredi, Mayor of Naples. Followed by Francesca Zirnstein, DG of Scenari Immobiliari, presented the Report “Naples, the railway yards and the economic and social consequences of their regeneration” which contains the point of view on the real estate market of the Campania capital.
