Volleyball, Adria and Pontecchio are playing for the last provincial title up for grabs

On Sunday 28 April the picture of the Fipav Rovigo territorial finals will be completed with the under 12 category

The final matches will be played in the Polesella gym and will see Adria Volley Termoidraulica Pozzato, reigning champion who will try to repeat last season’s title won in Lendinara against Polisportiva San Pio Pontecchio Volleyball. The two teams prevailed in the semi-finals on Sunday 14 April respectively against ASAF Salmaso Trasporti (2-1) and Polisportiva San Bortolo (3-0), who will face each other before the final to decide the third-fourth place, with starts at 3.30pm.
The quarter-finals had previously (Sunday 7 April) seen the 2-1 victories of ASAF Salmaso Trasporti over the Delta U12 Il Patio team, and 3-0 in the other matches for Adria Volley Termoidraulica Pozzato, GSD Real Pontecchio Volley and Polisportiva San Bortolo against Vilcos Volley ASD, Volley Ball Polesella Blu and GS Giuseppe Avanzo Pallavolo Badia respectively.
The under 12 championship, however, began on 3 December with the two group phase, which saw ASAF Salmaso Trasporti prevail in group A with 39 points and 10 victories, while in group B GSD Real Pontecchio Volley established itself on the ‘Adria Volley Termoidraulica Pozzato for just one point of difference (35 and 34 points in the final ranking) drawing both direct matches 2-2 on 21 January in Pontecchio Polesine and on 17 March on the last day in Adria. The direction of the competition will be entrusted to Stefania Ruzza from Corbola and Lisa Stevanin from Taglio di Po. At the end, as always, there will be an awards ceremony for the finalist teams and a greeting from the authorities present.
