Liberation Day from Nazi-Fascism: this year too, to celebrate April 25th, theLucca municipal administration donated a copy of the Italian Constitution to 849 students of 39 first classes of lower secondary schools.

The project was born last year in collaboration with the territorial school office of Lucca and Massa Carrara and the Tuscan Association of Volunteers of Freedom, with the aim of make our constitutional charter known to the new generations, born from the meeting of the different souls who had formed the front to contrast fascist and Nazi totalitarianism. The articles, written by the 75 wise men and then approved by the Constituent Assembly, concern all aspects of life in the communities of our country. Every moment was faced, studied and ultimately regulated.

The copies of the Constitution contain a preface by the mayor Mario Pardini, the director of the territorial school office Ilaria Baroni and the president of the Atvl, to underline the unity of this initiative that the municipal administration intends to propose again every year, on the occasion of the celebrations for April 25th.
