A man arrested in the station area under house arrest / Cesenatico / Home

In the afternoon of last week, local police officers carried out a series of checks in the station area. The activity focused on a group of people intent on standing along the platform, including a Senegalese citizen, born in 1986, who appeared nervous at the police check. The subsequent checks carried out thanks to the collaboration of the Company Carabinieri have made it possible to ascertain that the subject, burdened by numerous precedents and irregular in the territory of the State, had been the recipient of a trace since September 2023 he had never reached the house located in the province of Pescara where he was supposed to serve under house arrest after his release.

The man was contacted by the magistrate on duty arrested for escape and kept in the security rooms of the Cesena Local Police Command waiting for the direct broadcast which was held on the morning of April 18th. At the end of the same, the dangerousness of the subject and the seriousness of the facts, the judge ordered the transfer to the Forlì prison.
