Water polo, Arvalia Lamezia among the protagonists of the Propaganda Tournament

Reggio Calabria – It was the Caserta Park swimming pool in Reggio Calabria that hosted the second stage of the “Under 11/9 Propaganda Water Polo Tournament” last Sunday. Among the athletes involved, there were also the very young swimmers of Arvalia Lamezia, who had the opportunity to try their hand at an official competition for the first time. A project, the one which concerns the water polo sector of the company that manages the “Salvatore Giudice” municipal swimming pool in Lamezia Terme, which, as highlighted in a note “mister Enzo Mirante is carrying forward with great determination and passion, demonstrated by the effective growth of the team” . In the last event, the team of small water polo players was entrusted to assistant coach Pierluigi De Fazio, who accompanied the Lametina team during this important trip.

“The tournament – ​​underlined coach Mirante – acts as a link between the swimming school and the competitive sector, so what counts is not so much whether a match went well or not, but rather the introduction of these kids to a sport like water polo. And they showed great competitive determination.” Taking to the pool for Arvalia Lamezia and deserving great applause from the whole club were Mattia Ceraudo, Nicolò Ceraudo, Aurora Ceraudo, Aurora Bernardini, Aldo Dara, Claudio Vincenzini, Leonardo Valenti, Fiore Palermo, Pasquale Chirumbolo, Andrea Chirico, Flavio Scerbo and Giuseppe Anello.
