The Treviso FBC 1993 reached agreement with Fabio Dalla Costa for the technical direction of youth sector of society. Former head ofscouting area of Treviso in the 2023/2024 season, an expert knowledge of the dynamics of the various regional “cantere”, will have the task of developing projects that guarantee the harmonious growth of young athletes.
“As you well know – says the general director Attilio Gementi – the club is developing a new organizational chart with a view to strengthening and enhancing the youth sector, the fulcrum of the entire club. For this reason the Board of Directors, in full harmony with my management, decided to appoint Fabio Dalla Costa as the new director of the youth sector, aware of his precious experience and competence and grateful for the excellent work previously carried out for the same club”.
The new director underlines: “Both for a player as well as for a manager, arriving at Treviso represents a great source of pride and at the same time an equally impressive assumption of responsibility, respecting Treviso’s past and sharing plans for the future. With humility, rationality and enthusiasm I believe that all goals are achievable and I hope this is the attitude that we will be able to convey to the children and their families. I thank Alessandro Zanato, to whom I address all my respect for the work he has done and which he has allowed me to share in these last months. Now all we have to do is work, the only way I know to grow, run and arrive.”
