CROTONE – The 17-year-old from Lamezia Terme, who had not been heard from since last Sunday and whose mobile phone had been located in the city before being turned off, was found in the early afternoon of today in Crotone.
At four in the afternoon on Tuesday 23 April the Carabinieri of the radiomobile section of the operational and radiomobile unit of the Crotone Company, at the request of the operations centre, went to the Trafinello district, where in an apartment on the third floor of a building in which a young man from Crotone, they found Donato Massimilla.
In particular, the police identified the property thanks to a call received on 112 from a young woman, who had reported that the missing person had been noticed this morning in the company of a friend, while he was inside the Villa Comunale of Crotone.
The search for the place of residence of the family of the boy from Crotone was decisive, since inside the apartment, the soldiers who intervened found the young man, whose traces had been lost, who tried to hide on the balcony to evade the his tracking. Investigations are underway to understand the reasons that led to the boy’s escape.
