Aprilia Multiservizi, Principi: “After 21 years the decentralized agreement has been signed” – Radio Studio 93

After twenty-one years of waiting, the process that will allow the employees of the Aprilia Multiservizi Special Company to sign the second level decentralized contract has been concluded, a request that the workers and trade unions have made over time in order to have greater benefits contracts and guarantees, without ever managing to obtain the result.

The municipal administration, in concert with the board of liquidators of Asam, have worked in recent months to achieve a goal of fundamental importance also in order to revoke the resolution of 10 February 2017, which sanctioned the liquidation of the Special Company .

One of the findings put forward by the Ministry of Economy and Finance placed emphasis on the need to act to modify workers’ contracts. The choice of the Principi administration was to work so that after a wait of over twenty years, the agreement could be concluded, to guarantee greater protection to the 136 employees who will benefit from the second level decentralized contract, valid from 2023, for a total cost of 340 thousand euros.
