We are on the eve of the anniversary of the Liberation from Nazi-fascism and the word that none of us should be afraid to pronounce, including the Prime Minister, will still throb on the grateful lips of all sincere democrats, be they left, center or right.

Until the word “Anti-fascism” is pronounced by all levels of government, the specter of fascism will continue to haunt the house of Italian democracy, disrespecting all those people who have sacrificed their lives for our freedom.

For this reason we ask the Mayor Lanfranco Principi to join without any ifs or buts to the appeal launched by his colleague Giorgio Gori, because remembrance is the first thing to do in order not to abandon the path of freedom”.
