CASTELNUOVO. The communication comes directly from the Municipality of Modena, it concerns the territory of Castelnuovo – which in fact borders the capital – but more generally it will involve a much larger area. This is new on the traffic which will affect those secondary roads, the so-called “low”, which every day are used by thousands of commuters who move towards Modena from Vignola as well as from Castelvetro, from Castelnuovo itself or perhaps from Spilamberto.

In a nutshell, one is expected closure of Stradello San Lorenzo for several months which also leads to the post office on the highway. This is the road that crosses the town of San Lorenzo di Castelnuovo and which, having reached the aforementioned bridge, runs alongside the ItalPizza factory. And among the alternative routes there could be the bridge – now reopened – which crosses the motorway in the hamlet of Paganinie: «The Paganine road overpass which was closed for six months to allow the construction site of the first one reopens on Monday (yesterday, ed.). Complanarina junction”.
