POZZUOLI – «Between saying and doing there is something in between…The tax on waste. After 10 years in which there has been a constant reduction in the waste tax, almost halving it, with this administration there will be a reversal of the trend. The waste tax will increase for the first time in 10 years.” This is what Italia Viva Pozzuoli says following the resolution brought to the Council by the Environment Councilor Anna Maria Attore which provides for a 3.5% increase in the waste tax. According to the party represented in the city council by Gianluca Sebastiano, the maneuver goes against the trend of what was done in the last ten years by the Figliolia administration which had led to a reduction of almost half in costs for citizens.
SERVICE – Added to the increase in terms of taxes is a decrease in the collection service. Several areas are covered late by De Vizia and rubbish bags remain until the early hours of the afternoon in various parts of the city, as happened yesterday in the Licola areas and in the historic center of the city.
