PAT * “SKY FAMILY RUN“: « NON-COMPETITIVE FOOT RACE SUITABLE FOR FAMILIES AND CHILDREN, MEETING AT THE MONTE DI MEZZOCORONA CABLE CAR (12/5 AT 9.00) »

Adrenaline and fun for families at the Sky Family Run. Sunday 12 May, 9 am, at Mount Mezzocorona. Registrations are open. The first edition of the Sky Family Run is coming to Mount Mezzocorona, a non-competitive foot race suitable for families and children. Three kilometers with breathtaking views of the Rotaliana plain. There will also be exciting and adrenaline-filled moments such as the walk on the suspension bridge and, last but not least, the Skywalk, a cantilevered terrace that offers – dizziness permitting – an exceptional panorama that extends as far as the city of Trento. To participate in the Sky Family Run, registration is mandatory and participants will be able to go up the mountain by cable car for free. The event responds to the desire of the Autonomous Province of Trento to make Trentino increasingly a “family-friendly” territory.

Three non-competitive kilometers to experience an inclusive, leisure and above all “family” day. It is the Sky Family Run, which brings added value to an area, that of the Piana Rotaliana, already known and frequented by families, not only from Trentino. An opportunity also to introduce the entire Trentino community to the new attractions of the Mezzocorona mountain, recently inaugurated: the suspension bridge and the Skywalk.
The event is organized by the Rotaliana Königsberg Community in collaboration with the Agency for Social Cohesion of the Autonomous Province of Trento, the Rotaliana Königsberg Family District, the Municipality of Mezzocorona and the Rotaliana Königsberg Tourist Consortium.

The organization of the Sky family Run also makes use of the precious contribution of the Basilisco volleyball association of Mezzocorona, which will offer lunch to the participants. The refreshment points and assistance along the route will be guaranteed by the volunteers of the Mezzocorona Ski Club, with the collaboration of the Dr. Schär company. Participation in the event will be limited and registrations, for organizational reasons, will close at one hundred. The meeting is set at 9.00 am at the Monte di Mezzocorona cable car with departure for everyone at 11.00 am. Upon arrival, lunch and awards ceremony.
