The same company, however, was found winner of 5 public contracts, 3 of which were financed with Pnrr funds, in various areas of the provinces of Naples and Caserta.
The company administrator was investigated
The company affected by the seizure order carried out by Dia was active in the province of Caserta and had already been subjected to seizure. According to what we learn, now his judicial administrator is under investigation for not having adopted the control tools for the management of the means and activities that had been entrusted to its custody and supervision, also to allow the correct execution of a contract that was already in charge of that company, consisting of the restructuring for the reuse for social purposes of a property confiscated from the Camorra. The criminal proceedings in the context of which the Naples Prosecutor’s Office ordered the seizure originates from elements collected following the checks carried out during accesses ordered by the Prefect of Naples to the construction sites of public procurement in the Neapolitan metropolitan area. Today’s seizure is part of a coordination framework between the preventive control activity of the Prefect Michele of Bari and the judicial activity directed by the Prosecutor Nicola Gratteri.
