Livorno, 22 April 2024 – La Second Council Commission (Budget and Assets), was convened by the president Stella Sorgente for Tuesday 23 April 2024 at 8.15amto discuss the following agenda:
- Council Proposal no. 127-2024: “Municipal regulation for the application of TARI, ex art. 1 paragraph 639 et seq. LN147/2013: approval”;
- Council Proposal no. 128-2024: “Acknowledgment of the PEF 2024/2025 (ex ARERA resolution 389/2023) – Confirmation for the 2024 year of the tariff structure and the TARI tariffs in force”;
- Council Proposal no. 140-2024: “Changes to the financial forecast budget 2024 – 2026. Schedules no. 24/39 and no. 24/40”;
- Council Proposal no. 141-2024: “Recognition of legitimacy of off-balance sheet debts resulting from judgments”.
The session will take place in mixed form with simultaneous and contextual participation both in person and via remote connection on the new institutional session management platform AdviceCloudon which the live streaming will also be broadcast (pursuant to art. 8 of the Regulation for holding meetings of government bodies electronically, approved by City Council resolution no. 104 of 30 May 2022).
