Terni, 20 April 2024 – The Carabinieri of the Provincial Command of Terni were awarded the “1st Interforce Padel Tournament” – city of Terni, organized by the ASD “Cinque x uno”, which took place at the Romita Padel Club from October 2023 until April 12th.
The complex competition, the first inter-force event organized in the capital of Terni, saw the participation of 13 teams who, divided into two groups, faced each other in best-of-three matches.
The Arma team won the final which took place on the evening of 12 April, where they competed against the other finalist team, that of Alcantara, who were overcome, in a comeback, with a score of 2-1, after an exciting challenge until the last shot.
Colonel Antonio De Rosa, Provincial Commander of Terni, who followed and supported his athletes, received the members of the Padel team yesterday afternoon to congratulate them for the brilliant result obtained and, above all, for the values of the sport which they supported together with all the other teammates who took part in the competition.
