National meeting in Molfetta for PNRR and Zes

Molfetta yesterday hosted a national event with an important focus on the PNRR for the South and the Special Economic Zone, in the presence of illustrious guests including the minister Raffaele Fitto.

The other topics covered were also very relevant: for the audience of experts and professionals it was possible to receive valuable information on the operational strategies of the national decision maker, and then transfer them within the companies in order to acquire the advantages offered by the Single ZES, established this year, and by Pnrr funds.

Precisely at this point we are looking very carefully, in light of the recent approval in the Chamber of a 9.4 billion euro decree. Some questions strictly connected to politics from the press present were also inevitable, with specific interest in the delicate situation in Bari: «I think that in the local elections in the capital the centre-right has all it takes to win, to turn the page with a united coalition . I have great confidence in the Northern League candidate Fabio Romito who I see as a credible and strong figure for a possible final victory.” An important space was dedicated, in particular, to mission 4 of the plan, with a strategic discussion between Felice Vitulano, general director of MedisDIH, and Gianluigi De Gennaro, president of the center of excellence for Innovation and creativity of the University of Bari Aldo Moro studies.

This was followed by a round table on the topic of Artificial Intelligence, moderated by Gianni Sebastiano, President of Orienta, in which Giuseppe Pirlo, from the European Digital Innovation Hub For Digital Transformation and Francesco Elmi, Chief marketing officer of QuestIT participated who creates artificial intelligence solutions based on cognitive and machine learning technologies, which allow value to be extracted from data, thus improving processes and organisation. At the end of the event, other highly topical issues were touched on: «I would like to deny the alleged frictions with the owner of the economy Giancarlo Giorgetti over a possible postponement of the recovery plan. I said that it is a fair, legitimate debate that will be carried forward at a national level but also at a European level. But we have a deadline which is June 2026 and we must calibrate our measures and our work towards that.”
