Sassari When the agents of the flying squad of the Sassari police headquarters went into action inside a warehouse next to the car wash in via Padre Zirano – on the morning of November 4th two years ago – they found a real drug supermarket, a few meters away from Piazza Santa Maria and the bus station.

For Mirko Pinna, a 44-year-old from Sassari, the doors of the Bancali prison had opened wide. Yesterday morning, assisted by lawyers Luigi Conti And Lorenzo Galisaithe man chose to plea bargain for three years and eight months in prison.

The judge of the preliminary hearing Gian Paolo Piana granted him the replacement of the prison measure with that of house arrest and the possibility of going to work between 10 am and 7 pm. The man had been kept under observation for some time.

Shortly after the checks began – arranged by the head of the investigation, the deputy prosecutor Giovanni Porcheddu – just under a kilo of cocaine, 48 grams of heroin, 400 grams of hashish and 329 grams of marijuana turned up. And then cutting substance, precision scales, material for packaging the doses and 4830 euros in small denomination banknotes. During the search inside the 43-year-old’s car and in the car wash room, the flying squad agents also found a folder, a diary and a notebook with a long list of names and surnames and figures presumably attributable to the activity of dealing. The search by the police was then extended to the home of Barbara Falzoi, 49 year old from Sassari, found in possession of 32 grams of cocaine and one kilo and 700 grams of marijuana. The woman, defended by the lawyer Marco Palmierihe settled an an
