1.9 million euros transferred to the Special Reconstruction Office of the Umbria Region for three schools in the province of Perugia financed as part of public reconstruction. The Commissioner for 2016 Earthquake Repair and Reconstruction signed the decree.
“The repair and strengthening of school infrastructures are among the priorities of the commissioner structure. We intend to create safe, functional and energy efficient structures as soon as possible – underlines the Sisma 2016 Commissioner -. These transfers are part of the change of pace that we have given to the reconstruction of the schools. I thank the President of the Umbria Region and the director of the Special Office for Reconstruction, for their constant collaboration”.
The transfer concerns in particular 812 thousand euros for the Polo S. Terenziano Primary School in the Municipality of Gualdo Cattaneo; 430 thousand euros for the State Middle School and the nearby gym in Vallo Di Nera and 750 thousand euros for the “G. Tofi” in the Municipality of Perugia.
