Changes to the Monza stadium road network for Sunday

For the Serie A match AC Monza – Atalanta Bergamasca Calcio on Sunday 21 April from 4.30 pm, changes to traffic conditions are expected

For the Lega Serie A match @AC Monza – Atalanta Bergamasca Calcio on Sunday 21 April from 4.30 pm, changes to the road network are planned to ensure the safe influx of fans. Furthermore, two ordinances prohibiting the sale of drinks in general have been published.

Road conditions:
Sunday 21 April 2024 for the SerieA football match AC Monza – Atalanta, from 4.30 pm until the end of the sporting event, circulation and parking are prohibited, with forced removal, with the exception of vehicles authorized in the following areas of parking:

in the area in front of the “U-Power Stadium” located along Viale Sicilia and Viale GB Stucchi
in the rest areas with access from via della Guerrina and surrounding the Arena – Vero Volley hall
in the rest areas with access from via F. Tognini and surrounding the Arena – Vero Volley hall.

Traffic is prohibited in:

via Tognini
in the overpass (cycle/pedestrian walkway) on v.le Stucchi connecting via della Guerrina with the car park of the medium-sized sales structure, both for vehicles and pedestrians.

Parking with forced removal on both sides of:

via Tognini
v.le Sicilia, in the stretch between via Modigliani and v.le GB Stucchi, with the exception of authorized vehicles and in the stretch between v.le GB Stucchi and via Pompei, including space designated as a platform
via Pompei, with the exception of authorized vehicles with a specific permit
via Ercolano, with the exception of authorized vehicles with a specific permit
via Velleia, with the exception of authorized vehicles with a specific permit
via Fontana, with the exception of authorized vehicles with a specific permit
via C. Bertani, with the exception of authorized vehicles with a specific permit

Also on April 21st from 4.30 pm until the end of the vehicular flow, depending on particular conditions of public order and safety or at the discretion and at the disposal of the Local Police officials, with the exception of residents’ vehicles and emergency vehicles and in any case authorized, circulation is prohibited in:

v.le GB Stucchi, half-lane southbound in the stretch between v.le Sicilia and v.le Libertà: southbound traffic will be guaranteed along the east half-lane (normally used for northbound transit) in which it is established, by way of derogation to the current regulations, two-way traffic;
v.le Sicilia, in the stretch between via GB Stucchi and via A. Modigliani
via della Guerrina, in the stretch between via Modigliani and v.le GB Stucchi with the exception of the employees of Roche Diagnostics Spa, Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc, Iper Montebello Spa and Unieuro Spa on duty during the time slot of the event.

From 10.00 pm until the end of the vehicular flow, depending on particular conditions of public order and safety or at the discretion and at the disposal of the official responsible for public order of the Police Headquarters with the exception of residents’ vehicles, emergency vehicles and however authorized:

Traffic is prohibited in Viale GB Stucchi, in both directions, in the stretch between Viale Sicilia and Viale Libertà
the traffic light system at the Pompeii / Sicily intersection is switched to flashing yellow lights.
