“Run4Hope”, great participation for the solidarity relay in favor of Ail Viterbo

The “Run4Hope” alongside Ail Viterbo. The solidarity running relay that united Italy from North to South also took place in the City of Popes on Sunday 14 April. Viterbo was among the provincial capitals chosen to organize a stage. Promoter and animator of the event that combined sport and solidarity in favor of Ail Viterbo Bruno Buzzi, of Asd Viterbo Runners.

«The funds raised will be donated to the association to support the many important services it carries out in the area in support of the sick and their families – explained Buzzi – the great participation of the event is a merit that must be shared with Patrizia Badini and Marco Caccavello , respectively president and representative of Ail Viterbo, with the Asd “Zombie Runners”, “Asd Runner Team” and “Asd Podistica Tuscia”. Thanks also go to the Carabinieri of the Viterbo company and to the operational and mobile radio unit for their presence”.

Runners, walkers and families with children participated in the relay. Alongside the classic walk there was a special one: the one with dogs which involved many people with their four-legged friends on a leash thanks to the precious collaboration of the associations “Amici Animali odv Viterbo” and “Musi Sereni”.

«It is essential for us to network in the area to inform and raise awareness among people about blood cancers and to grow the association’s activities – they underline from Ail Viterbo – we thank the Asd Viterbo Runners, in the figure of Bruno Buzzi, for being was the creator of a Sunday of sport, celebration and solidarity.”
