Dealer in the shopping streets of Massa: arrested

The two Carabinieri from Massa are husband and wife who, freed from duty, arrested a young man of Maghrebi origin right in the center for drug dealing.

The two soldiers – both out of order -they were in the center of Massa for a walk in the shopping streets, they saw a suspicious passage between a man and a woman a few meters away from them.

After a quick nod of understanding, they decided to follow the two, well aware that they had just witnessed an episode of drug dealing.

It is so a tailing began which took them to the entrance of a shop where the two suspects were entertaining other customers.

In the meantime, the two soldiers alerted their colleagues from the Radiomobile Unit for support. A few minutes later, with the help of uniformed staff, the two were stopped and searched.

From what emerged, the man had sold a dose of cocaine, found in the woman’s possession, receiving payment of the sum of 30 euros.

The foreign citizen was arrested for drug dealing, while an administrative report was issued to the local Prefecture for the woman.

The judge validated the arrest by applying to the man the precautionary measure of the ban on returning to the territory of the province of Massa Carrara and postponing the judgment on the merits to another date.
