In Sant’Anna, in the green area of Via Nerici (where 4,500 square meters of land area intended for transformations of which 2 thousand are buildable are planned), in via Ferri (900 square metres, of which 600 are buildable), between via Puccini and via Vecchia Pardini (one thousand square metres, of which 500 can be built), in via del Bozzo (2,200 square metres, of which one thousand can be built) and with the new distributor which should be built in viale Einaudi, a stone’s throw from a Geal well which supplies the homes of Sant ‘Angelo, San Donato and the southern part of Sant’Anna. At Acquacalda and San Marco, with the forecast of 6200 square meters of car parks and real estate units which should be built in the fields, now completely green, of Via delle Ville Prima, close to the Henderson sports field. In San Concordio, (apartments, shops, commercial buildings, hotel and offices in via Nazario Sauro in the area of the former warehouses of the Tabacchi Factory, in the former Officine Lenzi, in the former Lombardi factory, in via Bonagiunta Urbiciani, in via della Formica, in via delle Fornacette in Traversa I, in via Savonarola sud and in via Squaglia), to which is added the forecast of the expansion of the Esselunga shopping center by 2 thousand square meters in an area that is now green.
