ITAS Mutua, the last Board of Directors led by President Giuseppe Consoli

“They have been three years of intense work, but of great satisfaction”. These are the words expressed by the outgoing President of ITAS MUTUA Giuseppe Consoli, who greeted the members of the company’s board of directors during the last meeting. The outgoing President reported the numbers for the three-year period 2021-2024: they went from 744 million euros in 2020 to 843 in 2023, with assets growing by 24% in the same period. Furthermore, the “Group Solvency Ratio” rose from 148% to 223% in 2023, more than double the minimum required by IVASS to operate in the insurance sector. Together with Consoli himself, two other councilors have reached their mandate limits: Alexander von Egen and Giancarlo Bortoli. In place of the three outgoing names, the following will take over: the former vice president of Pensplan Centrum Gottfried Tappeiner, professor Paola Inverardi, rector of the Gran Sasso Scienze Institute and the former vice president of the constitutional court, professor Daria De Pretis.
