Extended contributions to pay babysitters or carers, two very important supports that not only allow the creation of new workstations but above all help women to get back into the game from a professional point of view. In Italy one in two women does not work, and women managers make up only 28%. A gap that still seems unbridgeable. According to the latest INPS data on private sector workers: there is a salary difference of 8 thousand euros on the annual salary between men and women. If on average an employee in Italy earns 22,839 euros, a male rises to 26,227 and a female plummets to 18,305. “Cosmodonna is all of this, it brings together beauty, taking care of oneself, loving oneself and achieves it together with training institutions with young people who have the opportunity to put into practice what they are studying.
