This morning’s newspaper Bresciaoggi had spoken of the possible interest of Brera Holdings PLC, a multisport company listed on the Nasdaq which already owns clubs in Macedonia, Mongolia and Mozambique, in the purchase of Brescia complete with a 20 million offer presented to president Massimo Cellino.

“Brera Holdings has identified Brescia as the right company for its first acquisition in the world of Italian football. Hence the proposal of 20 million euros to Cellino, which would exclude the Torbole Casaglia sports center (owned by the president and not by Brescia). – we read in the article – But the figure proposed by the company listed in America is not far from the requests of the president who, in unsuspecting times, had set the price to negotiate the sale of the company between 20 and 25 million, of which he is owner since 10 August 2017″.

Brescia’s response was not long in coming and arrived with an ironic note confirming contact with Brera, explaining however that there has been no news on their interest for some time: “With reference to the news reported this morning by a newspaper local journalistic, the Owner confirms that it met the aforementioned company months ago and is considering turning to the Rai program ‘Who has seen it?’ for news on the matter”.
