FANO – Not only inside, but also around the book: it is a 360 degree journey that the young volunteers of Festival Passagesthe driving force of the event dedicated to non-fiction, scheduled in Fano from 26 to 30 June.
Theirs is a unique experience: live from protagonists ‘behind the scenes’ of a national event, following one’s passions, improving skills and actively contributing to the organization of the festival. There are many different fields of employment, for all of them it is necessary to know how to work in a team and have ‘problem solving’ skills. Each volunteer will be followed by a tutor with experience in the sector.
The recruitment campaign for the 2024 edition it is already open and young people up to 35 years of age can participate.
All the requested profiles are published on the Passaggifestival.it website. They range from the social media team to the director of the giant screen, from video recording to the web editorial staff, from the press office to the logistics or bookshop staff, from the organizational secretariat to the management assistant. For the figures indicated, the festival can activate university internships with curricular value.
