A televised confrontation between the general Roberto Vannacci and Ilaria Salis as proposed by deputy prime minister Matteo Salvini? “For now I haven’t heard anything about it, make the proposals directly to me, I don’t know what to say, we then need to understand on which topics we want to have this television discussion”. The general tells AdnKronos, after the idea launched by the leader of the League (“I would like a discussion on the future of Italy and Europe between Ilaria Salis and General Roberto Vannacci”, said Salvini). “In principle I have no problem comparing myself to anyone,” he assures the soldier who in these days will unravel the knot of his possible candidacy to the Europeans.
