The BCC increases noticeably support for members and the territorythanks to the important ones results obtained during 2023presented in the financial statements which will be submitted for approval of the members in the Assembly at the PalaCattani in Faenza, next April 27th, from 5.00 pm.
During the Assembly, some important statutory and regulatory changes will also be decided upon.
THE BCC, in compliance with the provisions of the Statute (art.2), “has the aim to benefit members and members of local communities in banking operations and services, pursuing the improvement of their moral, cultural and economic conditions and… social cohesion and the responsible and sustainable growth of the territory in which it operates”.
The institute wanted to support, in particular, its own territory, disbursing more in 2023 12 million eurosincluding charity, sponsorships, benefits, extraordinary interventions for the flooddividends and revaluation in favor of shareholders.

With these words the president of the BCC, Giuseppe Gambi comments on the results of the year 2023: “I want to thank the over 37,400 members for the trust reserved for our credit cooperative.
We are very satisfied with the 2023 result (which marks a profit of 57.7 million euros), however I believe that we will be one of the few banks to have a profit decreasing by 20% compared to the 2022 results. Moreover, on 63 Common in which we operate, 60 were declared flooded. When our territory suffers, our BCC cannot help but suffer with it.
However, the good income capacity has allowed us to concretely support it, allocating the overall record amount of more than that 12 million euros (of which 6.5 million dedicated to extraordinary interventions following the floods of last May)”.
The BCC therefore increasingly positions itself as a local bank, with a perspective of caring for others and serving the community.
