Libertas Nuoto Novara: a shower of victories at the “Filippini” Trophy

The fourth stage was held in the home pool of Terdoppio on April 14th.

Rain of victories, podiums and placings for the representatives of Libertas Nuoto Novara engaged last Sunday in the home pool of Terdoppio in the 4th stage of the 8th “Davide Filippini” Trophy.
In the Beginners C category, Carolina Belletti and Damiano Franzone won in the 25 butterfly events.
Third Nabì Niasse, fourth Mattia Rossi, sixth Antonio Morelli and ninth Leonardo Tosino.
In the 25 backstroke, in the women’s field, Matilde Donna won on the podium with her teammate Gaia Farioli, third. Fifth Giulia Ognibene, sixth Carolina Belletti, seventh Emmaelisa Morazzoni.

In the men’s field, Libertas doubled with Damiano Franzone still first followed by Leonardo Tosino, second. Fifth Antonio Morelli, seventh Elia D’Aquino. Lorenzo Grassi eighth, Lorenzo Recenti ninth. Also competing are Matilde Badolato, Mattia Biava and Enea Nalesso.
In the 50 freestyle, Ognibene was ninth and Morazzoni was tenth among the women, while among the men Rossi achieved the seventh time, Recenti the eighth and D’Aquino the tenth.
In the Master 1 category, Flavio Barcellino dominated in the 100 medley and also placed second in the 50 freestyle. In the Boys category, again in the 50m freestyle, Sofia Crida was seventh in the women’s category and Davide Servideo in the men’s. Also in the aisle are Martina Riem, Elisabetta Peroni, Alberto Cusaro. In the 100 medley, Martina Tosino third, Sara Riviera ninth, Crida tenth. Also in the water are Giada Fava and Giulia Scappatura. In the men’s sixth place for Servideo. Tosino then finished sixth in the 50m breaststroke. In the Junior category, fourth place in the 50 freestyle for Alessandro Binelli, fifth for Federico
Petruccelli and eighth for Edoardo Scinica. The latter made up for it with bronze in the 50m breaststroke. In the 100 medley, Petruccelli, seventh, and Binelli, eighth, are still in the top ten.

Finally, in the Overall, in the 50 freestyle Morgana Lanzoni came seventh. In the 50m backstroke, Martina Floridi was sixth, seventh for Marta Zanzola and tenth for Giorgio Linetti. In the 100 medley, however, Alessia D’Arienzo touched the edge of the pool in fifth place, Marina Floridi in seventh and Giorgia Linetti in eighth. In the 50m breaststroke, third place on the podium for D’Arienzo and tenth place for Zanzola.
Elena Caputo and Sofia Sonato also competed for Libertas.
