Avellino – The resigning mayor of Avellino Gianluca Festa, former PD then supported by civic lists, is under house arrest. As well as Fabio Guerriero, owner of an architecture firm and brother of the city councilor Diego Guerrero and the municipal manager Filomena Smiraglia. (READ HERE)

Benevento – Brain death and organ removal to keep other human beings alive. This is the tragic epilogue of yet another road accident on the Appian Way. Vincenzo, the 24-year-old resident of Airola who last March 23, while traveling along the state road between the territories of Arienzo and Santa Maria a Vico on his motorbike, crashed into a car, did not make it. Naples – A motorcyclist died in a road accident that occurred this morning in the Galleria Laziale in Naples. Around 11.15 AM, 37 years old, driving a Honda SH 300, he was traveling through the tunnel from Fuorigrotta towards Sannazaro. (READ HERE)

Salerno – The general director of the Municipality of Salerno, Matteo Picardi has resigned from his position. The reasons for the decision are not yet known, but the clash with the president of the Campania region Vincenzo De Luca may have been behind Matteo Picardi’s choice to leave the city palace.
