Yet another case of violence taking place within the home: it happened in Cosenza where a 55 year old man was removed from his home due to his continued threatening and aggressive behaviour. The precautionary measure of a ban on approaching the home and the offended people in this case was applied to the man his wife and two minor children. The conviction came following the investigative activity of the Police led by the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Cosenza.
The investigations began last March 30, following a complaint from his wife after yet another case of violence. Punches, insults and possessive attitudes towards both the woman and the couple’s two children, both minors. A typical father-master attitude who tried to get “respect” using strong methods.
The continuous attacks have caused a serious state of anxiety and fear in the victims and, following the latest outburst, the wife decided to report to safeguard her safety and that of the minors involved. In addition to the ban on approach and the impossibility of contacting the injured party, the man will be subjected to constant monitoring by means of the use of the electronic bracelet.
