Cleaning operations at the “Vincenzo Rossi” at Pilastro

While waiting to know and know what will become of the “Enrico Rocchi” stadium, some small signs of awakening linked to the city’s systems come from the cleaning operations which yesterday morning saw the Municipality’s workers in action on the synthetic pitch of the “Vincenzo Rossi” at A pillar that had been completely abandoned for almost a year and at everyone’s mercy. The sportspeople of the capital are agitating for the formulation of the tender for the assignment of the city’s stadium as soon as possible with the hope that it can reopen its doors as soon as possible. We are navigating in the dark as regards what could then be the fate of football in the city given that the only project set up at the moment remains that of Favl Cimini Viterbo and that it all depends on the will of the entrepreneur and former president of the Piero Camilli from Viterbe who in recent times has repeatedly reiterated his desire to withdraw from any involvement given how things have gone this season where as a sponsor he has significantly supported the fortunes of the participating team with mixed results (current eighth place ) in the Lazio Excellence championship.
