The minor, realizing that there was no air, left but immediately reported the matter to the police who began the search based on the accurate description of the victim. Not only. Once the boy had informed his father, he continued to wander around the city until he saw the small group in the area of the bus station. The police were nearby and, once alerted, they intervened and made the boy get off the bus. This is a young man, who was 20 years old at the time, of Albanian origins and resident in Urbino, already known for episodes of bullying and violence.
Arrested
So he was arrested for aggravated theft and attempted extortion and taken to the barracks. There was no trace of the hat, but to support the accusations there was also video surveillance footage of the area where the events had occurred. Yesterday, the lawyer Emiliano Nicolini proposed a 2-year plea deal with the sentence replaced by public utility work. The judge postponed it until June 26th to obtain the favorable opinion of the association where he will be able to carry out socially useful work. The investigation also included a minor judged separately by the juvenile court, and another young person reported for the same facts. He is defended by the lawyer Raffaella Radi who will discuss the indictment in front of the ordinary court in June.
