Day of greetings yesterday at the Provincial Command of the Carabinieri of Siena for the Lieutenant Colonel Francesco Scialla who, from today, with the rank of Colonel on leave from the Carabinieri, he has completed his period of active service due to age limits.

Graduated in Administration Sciences, he joined the Carabinieri in 1982, attending the Carabinieri Cadet course in Rome and being assigned to the Equestrian Centre, corresponding to the current Carabinieri Horse Regiment of Rome.

In 1985, having passed the selection to become a non-commissioned officer, he attended the Non-Commissioned Officer Cadet course in Velletri and Florence and, once finished, he served for over 10 years in Maddaloni (CE) as a non-commissioned officer.

Since 1999 he has moved to the officer category, serving in Bari, Montalcino and Florence.

Since 2013 he has returned to serve in the province of Siena, which Head of the Command Office of the venue Provincial Carabinieri Command where, yesterday, he was warmly greeted by his colleagues at the barracks in Larvo Salvo d’Acquisto.
