The sanctions relating to last night’s match between Avellino and Benevento have been communicated.

FINE €3,500.00 TO BENEVENTO

A) for actions contrary to the rules regarding order and safety and for violent actions committed by his supporters, positioned in the Away Sector, representing a danger to public safety, consisting in having launched, between the 27th and 30th minute of the first half, thirty firecrackers of which twenty in the playing area and ten on the playing field, ten smoke bombs on the playing field and fifteen smoke bombs in the playing area, resulting, with such conduct, in the suspension of the match by the Referee for approximately three minutes (to allow the Fire Brigade to clear the field of the aforementioned material), the burning of the synthetic turf, the breaking of two hydrating pipes, of a hydrant hose and of a tarpaulin covering advertising LEDs;

B) to have his supporters, positioned in the Away Sector, display, from the 27th minute of the first half for three minutes, a banner containing an offensive phrase towards the opposing fans. Continuation considered, measure of the sanction in application of the articles. 6, 13, paragraph 2, 25, paragraph 3 and 26 CGS, having assessed the overall nature of the facts and the intrinsic danger of the conduct under A), noted that the conduct under A) led to the temporary interruption of the tender and that the Company sanctioned, played the match away from home (arbitration ruling, federal proceedings, civil liability insurance – photographic documentation – obligation to pay compensation for damages if requested).

FINE €800.00 TO AVELLINO

A) for actions contrary to the rules regarding order and safety and for violent actions committed by his supporters, positioned in the Curva Sud Sector, representing a danger to public safety, consisting in having launched, in the 36th minute of the second half , a smoke bomb in the playing area, without consequences;

B) to have his supporters, positioned in the Terminio and Montevergine Grandstand Sector, sing, in the 39th minute of the second half, an offensive chorus towards the opposing fans, repeated for about a minute. Continuation considered, measure of the sanction in application of the articles. 13, paragraph 2, and 25, paragraph 3 and 26 CGS, having assessed the overall nature of the facts, considering that the sanctioned club played the match away and the organizational models adopted pursuant to art. 29 CGS (r. federal proc., RCC).

Lorenzo Di Livio was disqualified for two matches of Latina “for violent conduct towards an opponent. Two days also for Pasquale Schiattarella from Potenza. Riccardo Capellini arrives on a warning.
